awesome toy
i never got blackout but i’m getting rotf whirl. i like him more and it’s whirl.
One thing that bugged me with the toy was that he could’nt use his stearing rotor as a hand-weapon like in the movie.
As for the charachter; the only thing we got was perhaps that he was very calm and controlled in battle, he walked around and toke out targets systematically, he never ran or panict. By the way, what happened to his firepower at the end? First he could take out an entire base then he could*nt take out one guy on a bike…
i kinda customized mine with a detachable gatling gun. would’ve rather him come with that accessory than the rubbish which is scorponok

There is a bit of a character hinted at though. When the All Spark is located he says ‘All hail Megatron!’ which suggests that he is a Megatron loyalist.
Yeah, one of the nice toys out of the movie line
the same with offroad iron hide(that he has light piping and that he has eye detel)

Great review. I love Blackout too.. it’s such a shame he didn’t get any character development. You can get some sweet battle poses with Blackout and the repaint (and minor remould) Evac. My only complaint about the figure is that sometimes the automorph gets outta sync, at least on mine.
Blackout’s chopper mode I think is a MH-53J Pave Low IIIE.

For the second movie they are going to make improvements that made the first one dissapointing for most people. So they’re going to give a better story and character development, especially to the Decepticons. Which really brings me a lot of hope that TF2 will be even better (Not that I hated the first one).
